Matriz de competencia informática de la carrera de Ingeniería Industrial

Abstract

Los avances científicos técnicos actuales hacen necesaria una sólida formación de los profesionales en las universidades, lo que trae consigo un perfeccionamiento de la forma de enseñanza; es por ello que surge la necesidad de realizar la presente investigación en la carrera de ingeniería industrial en la Universidad de Holguín Oscar Lucero Moya, a través de la cual se realiza una propuesta para dar solución a la siguiente problemática: la necesidad de definir la competencia informática en la carrera de ingeniería industrial de la Universidad de Holguín Oscar Lucero Moya. El objeto de esta investigación se centra en las competencias profesionales. Para dar solución al problema científico se identificó como objetivo diseñar la matriz de competencia informática de la carrera de ingeniería industrial de forma curricular, este objetivo se desagrego en cuatro objetivos específicos lo que posibilitó darle cumplimiento a este Para el cumplimiento al objetivo planteado, se utilizaron un conjunto de métodos y técnicas que permitieron la recopilación, procesamiento y análisis de la información, dentro de las cuales se encuentran: inducción-deducción, análisis- síntesis, revisión de documentos, trabajo grupal, el coeficiente de Kendall, y el método de selección de expertos Delphi

The necessity to develop new managerial forms has made the organizations to adopt philosophies that appeal to factors related with the man as the main character, using methods that elevate the professional competitions. The current technical scientific advances make necessary a solid formation of the professionals in the universities, what brings about an improvement in the teaching way; it is in and of itself that the necessity arises of carrying out the present investigation in the career of industrial engineering in the University of Holguín Oscar Lucero Moya, through which is carried out a proposal to give solution to the following problem: the necessity to define the computer competition in the career of industrial engineering of the University of Holguín Oscar Lucero Moya. The object of this investigation is centered in the professional competitions. To give solution to the scientific problem it was identified as objective to design the matrix of computer competition of the career of industrial engineering in a curricular way, this objective was divided into four specific objectives what facilitated to give execution to this broad objective. For the execution fo the outlined objective, a group of methods and techniques were used, they allowed the summary, prosecution and analysis of the information, which are: induction-deduction, analysis-synthesis, revision of documents, group work , the coefficient of Kendall, and the method of selection of expert Delphi
