Desarrollo de la expresión oral en estudiantes de la Carrera de Agronomía del Centro Universitario Municipal Calixto García

Abstract

Los modelos contemporáneos de la relación universidad-sociedad, insisten en la necesidad de trabajar por conectar el conocimiento que estas brindan, con las necesidades sociales y mejorar la calidad del egresado. Ante lo cual, la enseñanza de lenguas extranjeras demanda de esfuerzo, ya que es necesario garantizar el aprendizaje de la lengua en función del perfil profesional con el propósito de emplearla en determinadas actividades o acontecimientos sociales y/o profesionales. La investigación posee un aporte práctico y lo constituye precisamente las actividades comunicativas de aprendizaje, por niveles del desempeño cognitivo, para facilitar el desarrollo de la expresión oral en idioma inglés en los estudiantes del primer año de la carrera de Agronomía del Centro Municipal Calixto García,” que a la vez, constituyó el objetivo de la presente investigación cuya fundamentación teórica y resultados se exponen en el trabajo. El cual en manos de los propios estudiantes y docentes constituye una herramienta de trabajo indispensable en sus estudios, así como en la labor que realizarán en su futuro profesional. La instrumentación de estas actividades favorece el desarrollo de la expresión oral y con ello el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de la asignatura inglés. La propuesta de actividades fue diseñada desde la perspectiva del enfoque sistémico y la modelación, también se utilizaron otros métodos teóricos como el análisis y la síntesis y la inducción - deducción, empleados en estrecha unidad y correlación. Desde esta concepción, la misma se caracteriza por ser activa, reflexiva, cooperativa, consciente y logra la interdependencia de los estudiantes

Contemporary models of university-society relationship insist on the need of working to connect the knowledge they provide with social needs and improve the quality of the graduate students. Therefore, the teaching of foreign languages required an effort, since it is necessary to guarantee the learning of the language in function of the professional profile with the purpose of using it in certain activities or social events and/or professionals. The research has a practical contribution and it constitutes the communicative activities of learning related to the level of cognitive performance directed to facilitate the development of the oral expression in English language in the first year students of the Agronomy Major at the University Branch of “Calixto García, it constituted the main objective of the present research which theoretical foundation and results are exposed in this paper. In the students' hands and educational will constitute a tool of indispensable work in their studies, as well as in the work that they will carry out in their professional future. The instrumentation of these activities favored the development of the oral expression and with it the process of teaching learning of the English subject. The activities were designed from the perspective of the systemic approach and modeling. Other theoretical methods were also used such as analysis and synthesis and induction - deduction, in close unity and correlation. They also served as valuable resource for teachers at the time of steering the students learning of this important and necessary skill. From this conception the proposal was characterized to be active, reflexive, cooperative, and conscious, and it achieved the interdependence of the students
