Una propuesta metodológica para el tratamiento a la equidad de género en la Universidad

Abstract

La presente investigación parte del estudio de diagnóstico efectuado en el que se detectaron insuficiencias en los modos de actuación de los docentes para dar tratamiento a la equidad de género. Como vía de solución al problema se diseña una propuesta metodológica a partir de las potencialidades axiológicas del contenido. La propuesta aporta una metodología para favorecer el tratamiento a la equidad de género desde el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje del posgrado para favorecer los modos de actuación del docente universitario. Se utilizaron métodos del nivel empírico para valorar la factibilidad de la propuesta.

The present investigation is the result of a research directed to the treatment of equity of gender in teachers of the University Center from Urbano Noris Municipality diagnosing results have been showed insufficiencies in teachers way of acting regarding the treatment of equity of gender. Departing from this fact, a methodological proposal is offered to reinforce the treatment of equity of gender taking into account the axiological potentialities of the contents in the different subjects. The proposal allows a methodology to favour equity of gender treatment trough the teaching-learning process post grade to enrich university teacher’s way of acting. During the elaboration some empirical methods were applied to corroborate the effectiveness of the proposal.
