El Activista deportivo. Su preparación para el desempeño en el entorno de la Comunidad Rural

Abstract

La presente investigación aborda una problemática de gran importancia y significación como lo constituye la preparación pedagógica de los activistas deportivos para su desempeño en la comunidad rural, para lograr el logro de este propósito, se propone una estrategia pedagógica para la preparación del activista deportivo en la labor que realiza en una comunidad rural, a través de la práctica del deporte, para su implementación se estructura en etapas, cada una contiene propuesta de acciones y el plan de actividades a cumplir, se definen las dimensiones e indicadores, para controlar la efectividad de la misma. El objetivo que guía esta investigación está en la aplicación de estrategia de preparación pedagógica del activista deportivo para contribuir a su desempeño en la comunidad rural. La viabilidad de la propuesta, se realiza a través de la aplicación de los métodos criterio de expertos, talleres de socialización y el experimento pedagógico. La valoración científica de las contribuciones demostró su pertinencia y factibilidad, al constatar impactos favorables en la preparación pedagógica de las personas que se desempeñan en esta función

The present investigation approaches a problem of great importance and significance like it constitutes it the pedagogic preparation of the sport activists for its acting in the 2 rural community, to achieve the achievement of this purpose, he/she intends a pedagogic strategy for the sport activist's preparation in the work that carries out in a rural community, through the practice of the sport, for its implementation it is structured in stages, each one contains proposal of actions and the plan of activities to complete, they are defined the dimensions and indicators, to control the effectiveness of the same one. The objective that guides this investigation is in the application of strategy of the sport activist's pedagogic preparation to contribute to its acting in the rural community. The viability of the proposal, is carried out through the application of the methods approach of experts, socialization shops and the pedagogic experiment. The scientific valuation of the contributions demonstrated its relevancy and feasibility, when verifying favorable impacts in the pedagogic preparation of people that you/they act in this function
