Metodología para perfeccionar el entrenamiento de la defensa del campo en el Voleibol

Abstract

La necesidad de realizar una investigación desde el entrenamiento hacia un fundamento técnico en específico con un enfoque integrador, personalizado y sistémico se logra a partir de diseñar una metodología para perfeccionar la defensa del campo en la categoría 13-15 años que fue el objetivo de la investigación, a partir de la recopilación, procesamiento y análisis de los resultados se seleccionaron y aplicaron un conjunto de métodos de nivel teórico, empírico y matemáticos estadístico que permitieron conocer los referentes teóricos sobre este tipo de aporte y los de Cultura Física y Deporte que sustentan la estructura de la propuesta en sus dos aparatos: teórico o cognitivo e instrumental o metodológico, así como la valoración de la factibilidad de los especialistas sobre la propuesta al optar por la categoría de muy adecuada, este hecho indicó coincidencia, por lo se pudo aplicar en la práctica y la efectividad de la propuesta en la categoría 13-15 años, justificaron la hipótesis a defender en la investigación desarrollada.

The necessity to carry out an investigation from the training toward a technical foundation in specific with an integrative, personalized and systemic focus is possible starting from designing a methodology to perfect the defense of the field in the category 13-15 years that it was the objective of the investigation, starting from the summary, prosecution and analysis of the results they were selected and they applied a statistical theoretical, empiric and mathematical group of level methods that you/they allowed to know the relating ones theoretical on this contribution type and those of Physical Culture and Sport that sustain the structure of the proposal in its two apparatuses: theoretical or cognitive and instrumental or methodological, as well as the valuation of the feasibility of the specialists on the proposal when opting for the category of very appropriate, this fact indicated coincidence, for him you could apply in the practice and the effectiveness of the proposal in the category 13-15 years, they justified the hypothesis to defend in the developed investigation.
