Análisis morfológico y su relación con las propiedades mecánicas del hierro con grafito esferoidal obtenido por el método de vertido vibratorio

Abstract

En el Trabajo de Diploma se aborda acerca de la morfología y las propiedades mecánicas de muestras metalográficas, la relación que existe entre la morfología del producto y las propiedades mecánicas del hierro con grafito esferoidal obtenido por el método de vertido vibratorio, para identificar las estructuras y de ellas identificar cuáles son las que tienen mejores propiedades y poder seleccionar la que sea más idónea. Esto nos sirve en la metalografía que es la ciencia que estudia y relaciona las propiedades químicas ,físicas, mecánicas de los metales para su correcta selección en distintas condiciones de trabajo y así prestar servicios investigativos a diferentes empresas de la industria que necesiten determinar un material y sus propiedades mecánicas, ya que no poseen estos equipos y no tienen otra vía para poderlos determinar, también para alcanzar la acreditación de los laboratorios que se complementa con la confección de muestrarios, ya que tenemos de algunos instrumentos de identificación y se pretende aumentar sus muestras metalográficas solo, con el fin de identificar las estructuras metálicas, por lo que tenemos que recurrir siempre a diferentes fuentes bibliográficas.
