Auditoría a la calidad del Sistema de Gestión del Mantenimiento en la Empresa Cerámica Blanca Holguín

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se realiza una auditoría a la calidad del sistema de gestión del mantenimiento en la Empresa Cerámica Blanca Holguín, cuyo objetivo principal es, identificar los puntos críticos que afectan la calidad del sistema de mantenimiento de dicha entidad. Para ello se aplica la metodología de Acosta (2012) y se evalúa cuantitativa y cualitativamente a la gestión de la calidad del mantenimiento. En dicha auditoría se determinan los problemas existentes en las distintas áreas que componen a la empresa y proponer las mejoras necesarias para mejorar el sistema de mantenimiento.

In this work, an audit of the quality of the maintenance management system in the White Pottery Enterprise Holguín is carried out, the main objective is to identify the critical points that affect the quality of the maintenance system of this enterprise. Therefore, the Acosta (2012) methodology is applied and the maintenance management system quality is evaluated quantitatively and qualitatively. In this evaluation, the existing problems of some areas of the enterprise are determined and some improvements in the maintenance system are proposed necessary.
