Contribución al mejoramiento de la eficiencia energética en las cámaras frías del Hotel Playa Costa Verde de Holguín

Abstract

El presente trabajo se realizó en el Hotel playa Costa Verde de Holguín, en las cámaras frías, en el periodo de las prácticas laborales, entre los meses de enero a mayo de 2015. El mismo se llevó a cabo con el objetivo de proponer soluciones que una vez que se pongan en práctica contribuirán al mejoramiento de la eficiencia energética de las cámaras frías, lo que permitirá que las mismas trabajen a las temperaturas normadas según el producto que almacena, el desescarche se realizará de forma automática y en el periodo de tiempo requerido, se respetarán y aprovecharan las capacidades de almacenamiento evitando el hacinamiento y la subutilización, se disminuirá la carga frigorífica ahorrando energía y se llevará un control diario del consumo energético lo que permitirá regularlo y contribuir a la disminución del pago por concepto de electricidad. Para determinar, obtener, procesar y analizar los resultados se aplicaron métodos del nivel teórico, empírico y estadísticos, también fue revisada una amplia bibliografía actualizada permitiendo concluir que las cámaras frías en sus condiciones de trabajo actual no son las normadas lo que le imposibilita alcanzar una correcta eficiencia energética.

The present work was carried out in the Hotel beach Green Costa of Holguín, in the cold store, in the period of the labor practices, among the months of January to May of 2015. The same one was carried out with the objective of proposing solutions that once they put into practice they will contribute to the improvement of the energy efficiency of the cold store, what will allow that the same ones work to the temperatures standardize according to the product that stores, the defrosting will be carried out in an automatic way and in the period of required time, they will be respected and they took advantage of the storage capacities avoiding the accumulation and the sub use, it will diminish the refrigerating load saving energy and a daily control of the energy consumption that will be taken that will allow to regulate it and to contribute to the decrease of the payment for electricity concept. To determine, to obtain, to process and to analyze the results methods of the theoretical, empiric and statistical level was applied, a wide up-to-date bibliography was also revised allowing to conclude that the cold store under their conditions of current work are not the standardize what disables it to reach a correct energy efficiency.
