| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente trabajo surge dada la necesidad de sustituir importaciones de piezas de
repuestos que, al no existir en el mercado internacional, dada la obsolescencia de la
tecnología, el país se vería en la necesidad de encargar su fabricación, lo que significa
costos excesivos que afectan su economía, por otra parte, dada la vitalidad de las mismas
para la puesta en marcha y el buen funcionamiento de máquinas indispensables en la
generación de energía en la ETE “Lidio Ramón Pérez” de Felton, lo cual tiene un
importante impacto social. En este trabajo de investigación se realiza un estudio sobre la
necesidad de establecer una tecnología que permita la fabricación de los aros de
lubricación de los cojinetes de contacto de los ventiladores de tiro forzado (VTF);
persiguiéndose como objetivo central la fabricación por conformado y maquinado de los
aros de lubricación. El proyecto incluye,además, una valoración del impacto medio
ambiental y su contribución a la defensa, así como, un análisis económico del costo de
fabricación de los aros de lubricación. Al obtener una tecnología para la fabricación de
estas piezas en el país, mediante métodos tradicionales, la ETE de Felton soluciona uno
de los problemas fundamentales de su banco, generando no sólo beneficios en el orden
económico, tecnológico sino social.
The following work arises given the necessity to substitute imports of pieces of reserves
that, when not existing in the international, given market the obsolescence of the
technology, the country would be seen in the necessity of taking charge its production,
what means excessive costs that affect its economy, on the other hand, given the vitality
of the same ones for the setting in march and the good operation of indispensable
machines in the energy generation in the ETE "Lidio Ramón Pérez" of Felton, that which
has an important social impact. In this investigation work he/she is carried out a study about
the necessity of a technology that allows the production of the hoops of lubrication of the
bearings of contact of the fans of forced shot settling down (VTF); pursuing you as central
objective the production had conformed and schemed of the hoops of lubrication. The
project also includes a valuation of the half environmental impact and its contribution to the
defense, as well as an economic analysis of the cost of production of the hoops of
lubrication. When obtaining a technology for the production of these pieces in the country,
by means of traditional methods, the ETE of Felton solves one of the fundamental problems
of its Bank, not only generating benefits in the economic, technological order and but social. | es_ES |
