Dispositivos móviles-adicciones tecnológicas

Abstract

Las tecnologías de la información y de la comunicación están llamadas a facilitar la vida, pero también pueden complicarla. Los dispositivos móviles para acceder a Internet, entre ellos el cada vez más presente teléfono inteligente, pueden convertirse en un fin, sobre todo entre la población adolescente. Los efectos provocados por su uso indiscriminado constituyen una preocupación para científicos, instituciones escolares, profesores y familias. Surge la problemática relacionada con el surgimiento de adicciones a los dispositivos móviles en adolescentes de secundaria básica. Con el propósito de compensar las adicciones provocadas se elaboró un conjunto de actividades para ser aplicadas en las clases de educación física y deportes para todos en secundaria. Para ello se utilizaron métodos del nivel empírico como: la observación, el experimento, encuestas y entrevistas; del nivel teórico, el analítico-sintético, inductivo-deductivo, matemático y estadísticos, los que permitieron recopilar, y procesar los datos recopilados, determinar las relaciones esenciales entre los objetos y arribar a conclusiones.

The technologies of the information and of the communication they are called to facilitate the life, but they can also complicate it. The mobile devices to consent to Internet, among them the more and more present intelligent telephone (smartphone), they can become an end, mainly among the adolescent population. The effects caused by their indiscriminate use constitute a concern for scientific, school institutions, professors and families. The problem elated with the emergence of addictions arises to the mobile devices in adolescents of secondary basic. With the purpose of compensating the provoked addictions a group of activities was elaborated to be applied in the classes of physical education and sports for all in secondary. For they were used it methods of the empiric level as: the observation, the experiment, surveys and interviews; of the theoretical level, the analytic-synthetic, inductivedeductive, mathematical and statistical, those that allowed to gather, and to process the gathered data, to determine the essential relationships among the objects and to arrive to conclusions.
