La formación de competencias laborales en residentes de medicina natural y tradicional durante la educación en el trabajo.

Abstract

La formación de competencias laborales constituye una prioridad en la formación de especialistas en Medicina Natural y Tradicional de manera que les permita integrar el enfoque occidental con el enfoque oriental de la Medicina durante la docencia, la asistencia e investigación. El objetivo de la investigación fue evaluar las competencias laborales que alcanzaron los residentes de Medicina Natural y Tradicional durante la educación en el trabajo. Se realizó una investigación cuantitativa de tipo cuasiexperimental, a partir de una muestra de 24 residentes de Medicina Natural y Tradicional de Holguín escogidos por selección intencional. Fueron evidenciados los principales logros y deficiencias que demuestran los residentes de Medicina Natural y Tradicional durante la educación en el trabajo. La propuesta de las competencias laborales principales a evaluar, así como los principales resultados obtenidos desde el punto de vista docente, asistencial e investigativo resultaron reflejados en la investigación. Las competencias laborales de los médicos residentes de Medicina Natural y Tradicional constituyen un pilar básico que les permitirá perfeccionar sus desempeños docentes, asistenciales e investigativos durante la educación en el trabajo.
