Miniatletismo como estructura organizativa en la clase de educación física contemporánea en niños de 7-8 años

Abstract

El Miniatletismo es altamente apropiado para motivar a los niños de las escuelas, a involucrarse en la actividad física y para que encuentren por ellos mismos las ventajas de la práctica del ejercicio regular. Con el “Miniatletismo” los movimientos atléticos básicos (carrera de velocidad, carrera de resistencia, saltos, lanzamientos) pueden practicarse en una atmósfera de juego. Es por ello que en el presente trabajo se proponen juegos del Miniatletismo como ejemplo de estructura organizativa para la clase de Educación Física, con el objetivo de perfeccionar el proceso de enseñanzaaprendizaje. Se les aplicó la metodología para describir los juegos con el criterio de Herminia Watson.
