Necesidad de la restauración ecológica de las bahías de Bariay y Jururú

Abstract

El pedraplén que se construyó para facilitar el acceso al Cayo de Bariay, limitado por las aguas de las bahías de Bariay y Jururú respectivamente, no tuvo en consideración los daños ecológicos subsiguientes debido a que sin proponérselo, eliminó en breve tiempo el canal ecológico natural que existía entre estas bahías. Las investigaciones realizadas hasta la fecha, han corroborado que ha provocado, provoca y provocará daños ecológicos significativos a los ecosistemas señalados. Atender con diligencia esta situación en relación con la Tarea Vida y la Metodología Mapa Verde, minimizará los efectos perjudiciales asociados a la mencionada acción constructiva, hará patente el amor a la naturaleza, el respeto ciudadano, el sentido de pertenencia y el mejoramiento ambiental de las comunidades lo que se corresponde con los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible declarados por la Organización de Naciones Unidas (ONU)

The rock road built to facilate the access to Cayo Bariay between the bays of Bariay and Jururú respectively, did not take into consideration the ecological damages to come, due to the fact that it eliminated, unitentionaly, the natural canal that existed between this 2 bays.The studies carried out to these days have demonstrated that this road has provoked and will continue to provoke significant ecological dagame to the ecosistems above mentioned. It is therefore neccesary that “La Tarea Vida” and “La Metodología Mapa Verde” work together to takes measures to minimize the harmful effects associated to that constructive action, which will manifest the love of nature, the respect to the population of the área and the environmental improvemant of the communities in the área which is consistent with the objetivers for sustainable development declared by the United Nations
