Diseño del expediente de la asignatura "Proyecto de Estructuras " del plan de estudio E de la carrera Ingeniería Civil

Abstract

Los constantes cambios por los que atraviesa la sociedad implican un reto para las universidades actuales; por ello uno de los compromisos a los que se enfrentan hoy es a replantearse sus objetivos formativos. En el caso específico de la carrera de Ingeniería Civil en la Universidad de Holguín el perfeccionamiento del Plan de Estudios vigente reviste gran importancia por la necesidad de mejorar el trabajo metodológico y el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. Es por ello que se deben introducir programas como componente esencial de las estrategias de aprendizaje. Tal es el caso de la asignatura Proyecto de Estructuras donde se evidencian limitaciones en los métodos, técnicas y tecnologías en el proceso curricular, lo que no permite desarrollar en los estudiantes la capacidad de búsqueda y trabajo en la solución técnico - ingenieril para los problemas concretos que a diario se presentan en un proyecto de edificaciones. Para dar solución a esta problemática se elabora el diseño curricular del expediente de la asignatura Proyecto de Estructuras que posibilite la apropiación integrada de los contenidos y el desarrollo de las habilidades declaradas en el Modelo del Profesional, para formar un Ingeniero Civil capaz de ofrecer soluciones rápidas, eficientes y económicas; fomentar la capacidad estética e innovadora con el mejor uso de los recursos disponibles y en correspondencia con su entorno.Para su desarrollo se aplicaron métodos de investigación del nivel teórico, empírico y estadístico, que permitieron constatar las insuficiencias en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje y valorar la factibilidad de los aportes de la investigación. Igualmente el asiento bibliográfico se desarrolló a partir de las normas APA. In order to solve this problem, the curricular design of the file for the Structures Project subject is developed, which enables the integrated appropriation of the contents and the development of the skills declared in the Professional Model, to form a Civil Engineer capable of offering quick solutions efficient and economic; promote aesthetic and innovative capacity with the best use of available resources and in correspondence with their environment. For its development, research methods of the theoretical, empirical and statistical level were applied, which allowed verifying the insufficiencies in the teaching-learning process and evaluating the feasibility of the research contributions. Likewise, the bibliographic entry was developed from the APA standards.
