Procedimiento para la gestión del mantenimiento con enfoque ecológico en empresas de transformación de plásticos

Abstract

El presente trabajo investigativo está dirigido al estudio y análisis de la gestión del mantenimiento en la industria de la transformación del plástico con aplicación en la Unidad Empresarial de Base – Planta Cajimaya “Arcadio Leyte Vidal” de la Provincia de Holguín, centrando la atención en el mantenimiento con enfoque ecológico, aspecto trascendental que se debe tener en cuenta a la hora de realizar las operaciones de mantenimiento por la importancia que representa el medio ambiente en la sociedad actual. Se partió de los antecedentes y el estado actual de la temática, donde se recogen los elementos fundamentales de la investigación, estableciendo las tareas que permitieron abordar el problema objeto de estudio. Como objetivo se estableció desarrollar un procedimiento para la gestión del mantenimiento con enfoque ecológico en empresas de transformación de materiales plásticos. Como resultados cabe destacar el diseño del procedimiento compuesto por 6 etapas, 19 pasos y 4 tareas y la aplicación del mismo en Cajimaya, la selección de la mejor estrategia de mantenimiento para minimizar los impactos ambientales con la utilización del software superDecisions, el grado de importancia de cada equipo en el taller de extrusión con el Análisis de Modos de Efectos y Fallos (AMEF), el análisis de la gestión ambiental posibilitó el conocimiento del grado de significancia de cada aspecto ambiental y las propuestas de medidas de control para mejorar la calidad del proceso y lograr la retroalimentación de los resultados

The present investigative work is directed to the study and analysis of the administration of the maintenance in the industry of the transformation of the plastic with application in the Managerial Unit of Base - Cajimaya Plants "Arcadio Leyte Vidal" of the County of Holguín, centering the attention in the maintenance with ecological focus, momentous aspect that should be kept in mind when carrying out the maintenance operations for the importance that represents the environment in the current society. He/she left of the antecedents and the current state of the thematic one, where the fundamental elements of the investigation are picked up, the tasks that allowed to approach the problem study object settling down. As objective he/she settled down to develop a procedure for the administration of the maintenance with ecological focus in companies of transformation of plastic materials. As results it is necessary to highlight the design of the compound procedure for 6 stages, 19 steps and 4 tasks and the application of the same one in Cajimaya, the selection of the best maintenance strategy to minimize the environmental impacts with the use of the software superDecisions, the grade of importance of each team in the extrusion shop with the Analysis in Ways of Effects and Shortcomings (AMEF), the analysis of the environmental administration facilitated the knowledge of the grade of significancia of each environmental aspect and the proposals of control measures to improve the quality of the process and to achieve the feedback of the results
