Procedimiento para la gestión del mantenimiento eficiente en la UEB de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Holguín

Abstract

El presente trabajo investigativo estuvo dirigido al estudio y análisis de la gestión del mantenimiento en la Unidad Empresarial de Base (UEB) de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Holguín, centrando la atención en el mantenimiento eficiente, aspecto trascendental que se debe tener en cuenta a la hora de realizar las operaciones pues tiene como finalidad identificar, analizar y eliminar los desperdicios mediante una gestión adecuada y la mejora continua. Se partió de los antecedentes y el estado actual de la temática, donde se recogen los elementos fundamentales de la investigación, estableciendo las tareas que permitieron abordar el problema objeto de estudio. Como objetivo se estableció desarrollar un procedimiento para la gestión del mantenimiento eficiente en esta UEB. Como resultados cabe destacar el diseño del procedimiento compuesto por 5 fases y 9 pasos y la aplicación del mismo en la UEB de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Holguín lo que permitió la identificación de los desperdicios que se generan en la actividad de mantenimiento y la selección de herramientas ajustadas, lo que posibilitó el logro de un resultado de mantenimiento deseable con la menor cantidad de entradas posibles las que incluyen mano de obra, repuestos, herramientas, energía, capital y esfuerzo de gestión

This research work was aimed at the study and analysis of maintenance management in the Holguín Aqueduct and Sewerage Business Unit (UEB for its acronym in spanish), focusing attention on efficient maintenance, a transcendental aspect that must be taken into account at the time to carry out the operations as it aims to identify, analyze and eliminate waste through proper management and continuous improvement. It was based on the background and the current state of the subject, where the fundamental elements of the research are collected, establishing the tasks that allowed addressing the problem under study. The objective was to develop a procedure for efficient maintenance management in this UEB. As results, it is worth highlighting the design of the procedure consisting of 5 phases and 9 steps and its application in the UEB of Aqueduct and Sewerage of Holguín, which allowed the identification of the waste generated in the maintenance activity and the selection of tools adjusted, enabling a desirable maintenance outcome to be achieved with the fewest inputs possible including labor, parts, tools, energy, capital, and management effort
