Evaluación del comportamiento e integración del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo al sistema de gestión integrado de capital humano, en la UEB Empresa Eléctrica Banes.

Abstract

La presente investigación realizada en la Empresa Eléctrica del municipio Banes, con el objetivo fundamental diagnosticar el comportamiento del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SGSST) y determinar su nivel de integración con los restantes procesos del sistema de gestión integrado de capital humano (SGICH). Para la realización de la investigación se emplearon métodos teóricos como el análisis y síntesis de la información obtenida a partir de la revisión de la literatura y la documentación especializada, así como de la experiencia de especialistas consultados, el método inductivo-deductivo para determinar las interrelaciones teórico-metodológicas que evidencian la contribución de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo en el (SGICH), además de encuestas, observación directa y consulta de documentos para la recopilación de la información. Los resultados más relevantes obtenidos fueron el diseño y aplicación de un procedimiento metodológico que permitió medir el comportamiento y el nivel de integración del sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo respecto al sistema de gestión integrado de capital humano, donde se determinó que la empresa no tiene implantado el SGSST y el nivel de integración en esta empresa es evaluado de mal. En base a esto se construyeron soluciones estratégicas que permitirán un mejor desempeño organizacional en la empresa objeto de estudio. The present investigation carried out in the Electric Company of the municipality of Banes, with the main objective to diagnose the behavior of the system of administration of security and health in the work and to determine its integration level with the remaining processes of the integrated administration system the human capital. For the realization of the investigation theoric methods were used as the analysis and synthesis of the information obtained starting from the revision of the literature and the specialized documentation, as well as of the experience of consulted specialists, the i nductive-deductive method to determine the theoric-methodological interrelations that evidence the contribution of the security and health in the work in the integrated administration system the human capital, besides surveys, direct observation and consultation of documents for the summary of the information. The obtained more outstanding results were the design and application of a methodological procedure that it allowed to measure the behavior and the level of integration of the system of administration of the security and health in the work regarding the system of integrated administration of the human capital, where it was determined that the company doesn't have implanted the system of administration of security and health in the work and the integration level in this company are evaluated of bad. Based on this strategic solutions were built that will allow a better organizational acting in the company study object.
