Análisis de riesgos de la calidad en la división territorial de comercialización de combustible Holguín

Abstract

La gestión de riesgos no está separada del resto de las gestiones empresariales y se encuentra muy relacionada con la calidad del servicio, a fin de incrementar la productividad empresarial, logrando un equilibrio con el correcto desarrollo del trabajo que satisfaga las necesidades del trabajador y el cliente, en un mejor clima organizacional. En esta se sustenta los sistemas de gestión modernos, imprescindible para la toma de decisiones oportunas. Es por ello que esta investigación tiene como objetivo analizar los riesgos de la calidad en la División Territorial de Comercialización de Combustible Holguín. Se utilizaron diferentes métodos teóricos de la investigación científica como el histórico-lógico, análisis y síntesis, inducción-deducción, así como métodos empíricos tales como: encuesta, observación directa e indirecta, tormenta de ideas, consulta de documentos, entre otros. Con la aplicación parcial de la metodología de González (2017) se logró caracterizar el contexto de la organización, identificar, evaluar, controlar y comunicar los riesgos de calidad en el proceso clave “Recepción, Almacenamiento y Entrega del Combustible” contribuyendo así al perfeccionamiento del sistema de gestión de calidad y a un mejor desempeño de la organización; con la confección del Plan de Prevención para minimizar el efecto de los mismos

The administration of risks is not separated from the rest of the managerial administrations and it is very related with the quality of the service, in order to increase the managerial productivity, achieving a balance with the correct development of the work that satisfies the worker's necessities and the client, in a better organizational climate. In this it is sustained the modern administration systems, indispensable for the taking of opportune decisions. It is for it that this investigation has as objective to analyze the risks of the quality in the Territorial Division of Commercialization of Combustible Holguín. Different theoretical methods of the scientific investigation were used as the historical-logical one, analysis and synthesis, induction-deduction, as well as such empiric methods as: it interviews, direct and indirect observation, storm of ideas, consultation of documents, among others. With the partial application of González's methodology (2017) it was possible to characterize the context of the organization, to identify, to evaluate, to control and to communicate the risks of quality in the key process "Reception, Storage and Transport of the Fuel" contributing this way to the improvement of the system of administration of quality and a better acting of the organization; with the making of the Plan of Prevention to minimize the effect of the same ones
