Implantación de un sistema de gestión de costos de calidad en la Consultoría Económica CANEC S.A. Sucursal Holguín

Abstract

La calidad del producto o el servicio, en la actualidad empresarial cubana, se ha convertido en una necesidad para toda organización económica que quiera elevar su eficiencia y competitividad, logrando que el conjunto de actividades que hay que llevar a cabo para lograr un compromiso hacia la calidad en todos los niveles, se realice asociado a la disminución de costos. De ahí que la presente investigación se plantee como objetivo aplicar una metodología que permita la implantación del Sistema de Gestión de Costos de Calidad con un enfoque de procesos en la Consultoría Económica CANEC S.A. Sucursal Holguín. Con el desarrollo de esta herramienta le permitirá a la organización no solo cumplir con lo establecido en el requisito 8.2.3 de la NC ISO 9001: 2008, sino también con las recomendaciones emitidas por el grupo auditor de la Oficina Nacional de Normalización durante la reacreditación de SGC en el año 2011. La metodología aplicada cuenta, además de un enfoque de procesos y la aplicación del ciclo de gestión, de una clasificación para los elementos de costos de la calidad con un enfoque más económico, permitiendo una mejor comprensión de los resultados. Precisar que el cálculo de estos costos, se ha integrado automáticamente a los reportes económicos de la entidad, permitiendo una mayor efectividad y rapidez durante la obtención de la información, facilitando así la toma de decisiones por la alta dirección. Con la aplicación de esta metodología se determinó que los costos totales de la calidad ascienden a un monto de 78 274,506 $/año durante el 2012. Los costos que más influyen son los de prevención y evaluación, donde durante el desarrollo del trabajo serán expuestas sus causas así como la propuesta de acciones de mejora para eliminarlas
