Actualización de la Guía de Autocontrol del Sistema de Control Interno basado en las nuevas reglamentaciones emitidas por el país. Adecuación y Aplicación en la U/P Poder Popular Municipal Holguín
Abstract
La U/P Poder Popular Municipal presenta un conjunto de deficiencias que hacen
necesario la actualización de la Guía de Autocontrol. El presente trabajo de
diploma, titulado “Actualización de la guía de autocontrol del Sistema de Control
Interno basado en las nuevas reglamentaciones emitidas por el país. Adecuación y
aplicación en la U/P Poder Popular Municipal Holguín”, con el objetivo de
actualizar la Guía de Autocontrol para perfeccionar el SCI, utiliza varios métodos
de investigación tanto del nivel teórico como empírico y toma como base la
Resolución No. 60/11 de la CGRC y otras investigaciones estudiadas.
Con esta actualización se pretende favorecer los resultados en la gestión de la
U/P para minimizar los riesgos en la misma. Está compuesta por dos capítulos en
el primero se desarrolla la fundamentación teórica del Objeto de Estudio, la
evolución del Control Interno en Cuba, así como la metodología para perfeccionar
el SCI. En el segundo capítulo se caracteriza la Entidad, se analiza la gestión por
procesos y se procede a perfeccionar el sistema de Control Interno. Se
confeccionó un plan de acción para el perfeccionamiento.
Como resultado más significativo destaca la adecuación de la Guía de Autocontrol
a las características de la Entidad, se logró realizar el mapa de procesos, se
confeccionó el plan de rotación de las áreas claves, la actualización del Plan de
Prevención de Riesgos, el diagrama de información y el cronograma de rendición

Control in Cuba, as well as the methodology to make perfect the SCI. In the
second chapter characterizes the Entity itself, the step for a process is examined
and it is preceded to making the internal control system perfect. A policy for
perfecting was manufactured.
As a result more significant the adjusting of Auto control’s guide highlights the
characteristics of the Entity, the map of processes managed to come true, the plan
of rotation of the areas manufactured keys, the bringing up to date of Prevention’s
Plan of Risks, the diagram of information and the chronogram of accounting of the
responsible ones belonging to components itself.
