Aplicación de un procedimiento para gestionar los riesgos laborables en el proceso de recuperación por soldadura, perteneciente a la Unidad Empresarial de Base de Servicios Técnicos de Holguín

Abstract

El trabajo tiene como objetivo la aplicación de un procedimiento para Gestionar los Riesgos Laborales basado en el análisis de los procesos, de forma tal que favorezca a un mejor funcionamiento del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en la empresa de servicio técnico de Holguín Asertec. La aplicación se realizó de forma parcial hasta la tercera etapa del procedimiento, específicamente se analizaron los elementos de entrada y transformaciones, donde se obtuvo resultados que demuestran el deficiente desempeño del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo. El trabajo se divide en tres capítulos organizados de la forma siguiente: el primer capítulo aborda temas como la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, la Gestión de Riesgos Laborales y la Ergonomía; el segundo capítulo hace referencia al procedimiento que se aplicó y el tercer capítulo muestra la aplicación del procedimiento y los resultados alcanzados. The work has as objective the application of a procedure to Negotiate the Labor Risks based on the analysis of the processes, in such way that favors to a better operation of the System of Administration of Security and Health in the Work in the company of technical service of Holguín Asertec. The application was carried out in a partial way until the third stage of the procedure, specifically the entrance elements and transformations were analyzed, where it was obtained results that they demonstrate the faulty acting of the System of Administration of Security and Health in the Work. The work is divided in three organized chapters in the following way: the first chapter approaches topics like the Security and Health in the Work, the Administration of Labor Risks and the Ergonomics; the second chapter makes reference to the procedure that was applied and the third chapter shows the application of the procedure and the reached results.
