Aplicación parcial de un procedimiento para realizar estudios de organización del trabajo en la Gerencia Servicios Técnicos Carretera Central perteneciente a la División Territorial de Holguín COPEXTEL S.A.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de diploma se realizó en Gerencia Carretera Central perteneciente a la División COPEXTEL SA. de Holguín, con el objetivo de aplicar un procedimiento para realizar estudios de organización del trabajo. El procedimiento consta de cuatro fases (preparatoria, diagnóstico, perfeccionamiento y evaluación de los resultados) con diferentes pasos y tareas, y al diagnosticar el estado de la organización se detectaron los problemas, irregularidades en el suministro de piezas y partes, fluctuación de la fuerza laboral, falta de equipamiento básico y auxiliar y problemas de disciplina laboral. Se aplicaron diferentes técnicas como la del Balance Carga- Capacidad, revisión de documentos, trabajo en grupo así como técnicas de estudio de tiempo como el Muestreo por Observaciones Instantáneas (MOI) y la Fotografía Individual. Estas técnicas permiten comprobar los problemas existentes. Se plantearon acciones por cada uno de los problemas organizativos analizados y se calcula la cantidad de personal en cada proceso estudiado. Se obtiene que en el taller Ofimática solo son necesarios 5 trabajadores y en el taller de Electrodomésticos 3 trabajadores. The term paper work was carried out in Management Central Highway belonging to the Division COPEXTEL INC of Holguín, with the objective of applying a procedure to carry out studies of organization of the work. The procedure consists of four phases (preparatory, diagnostic, improvement and evaluation of the results) with different steps and tasks, and when diagnosing the state of the organization the problems they were detected, irregularities in the supply of pieces and parts, fluctuation of the labour force, lack of basic and auxiliary equipment and problems of labour discipline. They were applied different technical as that of the Balance it Loads - Capacity, revision of documents, and work in group as well as technical of study of time like the Sampling for Instantaneous Observations (SIO) and the Individual Picture. These techniques allow checking the existent problems. They thought about actions for each one of the analyzed organizational problems and the quantity is calculated of personal in each studied process. It is obtained that in the workshop alone Ofimatica is necessary 5 workers and in the workshop of Electrodomestics 3 workers.
