Aplicación parcial de un procedimiento para realizar estudios de organización del trabajo en la Gerencia Comercial perteneciente a la División Territorial COPEXTEL Holguín

Abstract

El presente trabajo de diploma se realizó en la División Territorial COPEXTEL Holguín perteneciente a la Corporación COPEXTEL SA, con el objetivo de aplicar un procedimiento para realizar estudios de organización del trabajo. Este procedimiento se aplicó a dos procesos fundamentales de la organización, el proceso de compras y el proceso de ventas, ambos desarrollados en la Gerencia Comercial. El procedimiento cuenta con cuatro fases, permitió caracterizar la organización y diagnosticar el estado de la organización del trabajo en los procesos estudiados. Fueron determinados los problemas técnicos organizativos existentes en los procesos mencionados, determinándose como problema fundamental el exceso de personal para ejecutar el trabajo. Se aplicaron diferentes técnicas como el Balance CargaCapacidad, revisión de documentos, trabajo en grupo así como técnicas de estudio de tiempo como el Muestreo por Observaciones Instantáneas (MOI) y la auto fotografía. Estas técnicas permitieron comprobar los problemas existentes. Se plantearon acciones por cada uno de los problemas organizativos analizados y se calcula la cantidad de personal necesario para la ejecución del trabajo en dichos procesos. Se obtiene que para la gestión de ambos son necesarios solo 8 trabajadores. The present diploma work was carried out in the Territorial Division COPEXTEL Holguín belonging to the Corporation COPEXTEL INC, with the objective of applying a procedure to carry out studies of organization of the work. This procedure was applied to two fundamental processes of the organization, the process of purchases and the process of sales, both developed in the Commercial Management. The procedure has four phases, it allowed to characterize the organization and to diagnose the state of the organization of the work in the studied processes. The technical problems were determined - organizational existent in the mentioned processes, determining you as fundamental problem personnel's excess to execute the work. They were applied different technical as the Balance it Loads - Capacity, revision of documents, work in group as well as technical of study of time like the Sampling for Instantaneous Observations (MOI) and the car photographs. These techniques allowed checking the existent problems. They thought about actions for each one of the analyzed organizational problems and the quantity is calculated of personal necessary for the execution of the work in this processes. It is obtained that for the administration of both are necessary single 8 workers.
