Evaluación de la eficiencia reproductiva en cerdas, realizando Inseminación artificial y monta directa

Abstract

La investigación se realizó en la UEB Cuba Sí 3, perteneciente a La Empresa Porcina de Holguín; con el objetivo de evaluar la eficiencia reproductiva de las reproductoras con la realización de dos y tres servicios de Inseminación Artificial (IA) además de la monta natural. Para el estudio se utilizaron tres grupos de 25 reproductoras cada uno, al primer grupo se le realizaron tres servicios de IA, al segundo grupo 2 servicios de IA y el tercero fue por monta natural. Los indicadores evaluados fueron la efectividad, cría por parto, crías nacidas vivas y crías nacidas muertas. Los datos se analizaron utilizando el paquete estadístico InfoStat versión 2015 de Di Rienzo. Se realizó análisis de varianza simple y donde hubo diferencia significativa se realizó la prueba de comparaciones múltiples de medias Duncan para un nivel de significación de P≤0.05. Se logró un mayor porcientos de efectividad en el grupo donde se realizó la monta natural (MN) que en los grupos inseminados. En la cría por parto hubo diferencias significativas en los grupos donde se aplicaron tres servicios de IA y MN con respecto al de dos servicios de IA. En las crías nacidas vivas hubo diferencias significativas entre el grupo de monta natural con respecto al de dos servicios de IA; no así entre el de tres servicios de IA con el resto de los grupos estudiados, al no mostrar ningún nivel de significación. En el caso de los nacidos muertos no hubo diferencia significativa en ninguno de los grupos de estudio. Estos resultados demuestran que todavía existen deficiencias en la aplicación de la técnica de Inseminación artificial y se debe lograr un buen manejo de los animales que garantice el potencial reproductivo y productivo de esta categoría zootécnica.

The research was carried out in UEB Cuba Sí 3, belonging to The Porcina De Holguin Company; with the aim of evaluating the reproductive efficiency of the bristles with the realization of two and three Artificial Insemination (IA) services in addition to natural riding. For the study, three groups of 25 breeders were used each, the first group was performed three AI services, the second group 2 AI services and the third was by natural mountain. The indicators evaluated were effectiveness, childbirth breeding, live births and stillborn offspring. The data was analyzed using Di Rienzo'sInfoStat version 2015 statistical package. Simple variance analysis was performed and where there was significant difference the Duncan media multiple comparison test was performed for a significance level of P-0.05. A greater one percent of effectiveness was achieved in the group where natural riding (MN) took place than in the inseminated groups. In childbirth breeding there were significant differences in the groups where three AI and MN services were applied with respect to that of two AI services. In live-born offspring there were significant differences between the natural riding group compared to that of two AI services; not so between three AI services with the rest of the groups studied, by not showing any level of significance. In the case of stillborn ones there was no significant difference in any of the study groups. These results demonstrate that there are still deficiencies in the application of the artificial insemination technique and good animal management must be achieved to ensure the reproductive and productive potential of this zootechnical category.
