Aplicación parcial de un procedimiento pa en la Gerencia de Servicios Técnicos Ave Libertadores.ra realizar estudios de organización del trabajo

Abstract

El presente trabajo de diploma fue realizado en la Gerencia de Servicios Técnicos Integrales de la División Territorial de Copextel SA en Holguín, perteneciente al Ministerio de la Informática y las Comunicaciones; con el objetivo de aplicar un procedimiento de forma parcial que permita realizar estudios de organización del trabajo, para poner en vigor la Resolución 26/06 del MTSS y contribuir así a la mejora del desempeño empresarial, adecuándose a las características propias de la empresa en la actualidad. El mismo consta de cuatro fases desglosadas en pasos, permitiendo caracterizar la organización, diagnosticar cada elemento de la organización del trabajo en la gerencia y proyectar soluciones. En esta investigación se realiza un estudio del aprovechamiento de la jornada laboral de la gerencia, carga de trabajo y necesidad de personal en los puestos estudiados, Para ello se han aplicado diversas técnicas tradicionales como balance de carga y capacidad, revisión de documentos, trabajo en grupo así como técnicas de estudio de tiempo (el muestreo por observaciones instantáneas (MOI), auto fotografía y cronometraje). Se plantearon medidas por cada una de las deficiencias técnico organizativas detectadas y se calculó la cantidad de personal, observándose que con el personal existente en las brigadas (Taller y MINED -Salas de TV), se pueden realizar las actividades necesarias para los cargos estudiados en la gerencia. Summary The present diploma work was carried out in the Management of Integral Technical Services of the Territorial Division of Copextel INC in Holguín, belonging to the Computer science's Ministry and the Communications; with the objective of applying a procedure in a partial way that allows to carry out studies of organization of the work, to put in vigor the Resolution 26/06 of the MTSS and to contribute this way to the improvement of the managerial acting, being adapted at the present time to the characteristics characteristic of the company. The same one consists of three phases removed in steps and stages, allowing to characterize the organization, to diagnose each element of the organization of the work in the management and to project solutions. In this investigation he/she is carried out a study of the use of the labor day of the management, it loads of work and necessity of personal in the studied positions, For they have been applied it diverse technical traditional as load balance and capacity, revision of documents, work in group as well as technical of study of time (the sampling for instantaneous observations (MOI), car photographs and timing). They thought about measured by each one of the detected organizational deficiencies technician and the quantity was calculated of personal, being observed that with the existent personnel in the brigades (Shop and MINED - Rooms of TV), they can be carried out the necessary activities for the positions studied in the management.
