Aplicación de la metodología para la realización de la auditoría a la gestión de los recursos humanos en la UEB villa “El bosque"

Abstract

Alcanzar un óptimo desempeño empresarial representa actualmente un importante reto para las empresas a nivel mundial. Cuba no está exenta de estas tendencias mundiales, y lucha por elevar el desempeño de sus organizaciones; exigiendo que sean cada vez más eficaces y eficientes al satisfacer las demandas del entorno. Para alcanzar este propósito, deben contar con trabajadores que realmente estén capacitados y comprometidos con la organización, para ello es imprescindible lograr una eficaz gestión de los recursos humanos. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior se desarrolló la presente investigación en la UEB Villa El Bosque con el objetivo de aplicar un instrumento que permita la realización de la auditoria a la gestión de los recursos humanos en esta entidad en función de detectar los problemas existentes y proyectar soluciones, que contribuyan a alcanzar mejoras en el desempeño laboral de los diferentes procesos. Para dar cumplimiento a este objetivo se utilizó la metodología para la realización de la auditoria a la gestión de los recursos humanos en empresas en perfeccionamiento empresarial, de Velázquez Zaldívar y Delgado Pérez. Además se empleó diversos métodos teóricos, empíricos y técnicas entre las cuales se pueden mencionar: encuestas, observación directa, revisión de documentos, etc. Attaining an optimal entrepreneurial performance represents an important challenge at present for the worldwide companies. Cuba is not exempt of these worldwide tendencies, and strives to raise the performance of his organizations; Demanding to that they be more and more efficacious and efficient when satisfying the requests of the environment . In order to attain this purpose, they should count on workers that really they be qualified and engaged with the organization, for that reason it is essential to achieve an efficacious management of human resources. Taking the above into consideration the present investigation was developed in the UEB Villa El Bosque itself, for the sake of applying an instrument than allow the realization of the auditing to the management of the human resources at this entity in terms of detecting the existent problems and projecting solutions that contribute to catch up with improvements in the labor performance of the different processes. Velázquez Zaldívar's and Delgado Peréz's methodology for the realization of auditing was used to the management of the human resources at companies in enterprising perfecting in order to give accomplishment to this objective. Besides it was used of various theoretic, empiric methods and techniques. Between The ones that can mention: Opinion polls, direct observation, revision of documents, etc.
