Acciones para favorecer el Desarrollo Sociocultural de Jóvenes en el Consejo Popular el Jobo del Municipio Sagua de Tánamo

Abstract

El desarrollo sociocultural de una localidad es de gran importancia en los momentos actuales en que vive la sociedad, este desarrollo supone una íntima unión y relación entre lo social y lo cultural lo cual deben estar interrelacionados y entrelazados para poder lograrlo, teniendo en cuenta las limitaciones que aún existen en nuestra población para lograr este propósito como lo exige el momento actual en que vivimos se ha determinado realizar el presente trabajo de investigación titulado:`` Acciones para favorecer el desarrollo sociocultural de jóvenes en el consejo popular El Jobo del municipio Sagua de Tánamo´´ el cual aborda cuestiones referentes al tema en cuestión.. El objetivo de la investigación se dirige a Elaborar acciones que favorezcan el desarrollo sociocultural de jóvenes de la comunidad El Jobo en el municipio Sagua de Tánamo. Procede entonces el análisis del desarrollo sociocultural de esta población, así como las propuestas de acciones que puedan desarrollarse para atender tal propósito. En la realización del presente estudio se utilizaron una serie de métodos teóricos y empíricos que permitió el logro del propósito de la investigación, siendo entre ellos: Análisis – síntesis, Histórico-lógico, Inducción – deducción y Observación , Entrevista, Encuesta y como procedimiento matemático el cálculo porcentual , mediante los cuales se obtuvieron datos de interés sobre el desarrollo sociocultural de la comunidad El jobo, así como la participación de los pobladores con énfasis en los jóvenes en las diferentes actividades que se realizan para lograr tal objetivo. Con la aplicación de estas acciones esperamos dar solución a los problemas socioculturales a los cuales hoy en día se enfrente la comunidad del Jobo teniendo en cuenta la importancia que se le concede a tal propósito para la acertada conducción de los jóvenes dentro de la sociedad.

The objective of the investigation it directs to elaborate actions that favor the sociocultural development of youths of the community El Jobo in the Tánamo Sagua municipality. It conducts then the analysis of the sociocultural development of this population, as well as the proposals of actions that can be developed to pay attention such purpose. In the realization of the present investigation used a series of theoretical and empiric methods it permitted the attainment of the purpose of the investigation, being among them: Analysis, synthesis, historical, logical, induction-deduction and observation, interviews, hugs the coast and as mathematical procedure the porcentual calculation, by means of those which data obtuvierons of interest on the sociocultural development of the community El Jobo, as well as the participation of the inhabitants with emphasis in the young people in the different activities that it is carried out to achieve such objective. With the application of these actions we hope to give solution to the socioculturales problems that in aur day the communities of El Jobo´s people have to face by keeping in mind the importance that you are conceded to such purpose for the proper transportation of the young people in the society.
