Diseño curricular de la asignatura “Dirección empresarial”, plan E, en la carrera de Ingeniería civil de la Universidad de Holguín.

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo elaborar y presentar una propuesta de diseño curricular para la asignatura Dirección Empresarial dirigida a los estudiantes de la carrera Ingeniería Civil en la Universidad de Holguín; que surge ante la necesidad de introducir el nuevo Plan de Estudios E, que perfecciona el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje profesional con un plan de estudios mejorado y optimizado con 4 años de duración. La asignatura será montada en la plataforma virtual Moodle, para su acceso desde cualquier computador o dispositivos móviles de estudiantes a largas distancias, permitiéndole interactuar entre profesor-estudiante y estudiante-estudiante. La propuesta tiene 48 horas lectivas y se impartirá en el segundo semestre del tercer año de la carrera, favoreciendo la formación profesional del estudiante con la captación integrada de los contenidos de enseñanza y el desarrollo de habilidades profesionales presentes en el modelo del profesional. Para su desarrollo se aplicaron métodos de investigación del nivel teórico, empírico y estadístico, que permitieron constatar las insuficiencias y generar los aportes de la investigación. The objective of this work is to prepare and present a program proposal for the Business Management course aimed at Civil Engineering students at the Oscar Lucero Moya University in Holguín; that arises from the need to improve the current Class Plan to improve the methodological work, the teaching-learning process and the updating of specific bibliography according to the New Cuban Standards. The course will be mounted on a digital platform for access from student mobile devices over long distances, facilitating their studies and evaluations without the need to travel. The proposal will be taught in the first semester of the second year of the degree, enriching the student with the integrated capture of teaching content and the development of professional skills present in the professional model. For its development, research methods of the theoretical, empirical and statistical level were applied, which allowed verifying the insufficiencies in the teaching-learning process and assessing the feasibility of the research contributions.
