Influencia de las condiciones ambientales en el comportamiento productivo de las ponedoras en la UEB “Marcos Campaña Báster”

Abstract

La investigación se desarrolló en la Unidad Empresarial de Base “Marcos Campaña Báster” que explota gallinas ponedoras de la raza White Leghorn línea 33 para la obtención de huevos para el consumo humano; el trabajo se realizó durante un período de 7 meses, desde julio 2018 hasta enero 2019, con el objetivo de evaluar la influencia de las condiciones ambientales en el comportamiento productivo de las gallinas ponedoras, .para esto se tomaron los datos a partir de los controles estadísticos de la unidad; se recopilaron los valores correspondientes al comportamiento productivo y zootécnico según los índices: por ciento de postura en cada mes investigado así como el consumo de pienso, mortalidad y viabilidad en las edades comprendidas entre la 26 y 56 semanas. Se concluye que las condiciones ambientales de temperatura, humedad relativa y las condiciones de tenencia, influyen negativamente en el bienestar, salud y rendimiento productivo de las gallinas ponedoras explotadas en la UEB “Marcos Campaña Báster” del municipio de Holguín, incumpliendo con el potencial productivo establecido para este genotipo.

The research was developed in the Base Business Unit "Marcos Campaña Báster" that exploits laying hens of the White Leghorn race line 33 for obtaining eggs for human consumption; the work was carried out during a period of 7 months, from July 2018 to January 2019, with the objective of evaluating the influence of environmental conditions on the productive behavior of laying hens, for this the data were taken from the controls unit statistics; the values corresponding to the productive and zootechnical behavior were compiled according to the indices: percentage of posture in each month investigated as well as the consumption of feed, mortality and viability in the ages between 26 and 56 weeks. The environmental conditions of temperature, relative humidity and tenure conditions negatively influence the well-being, health and productive performance of the laying hens exploited in the UEB "Marcos Campaña" of the municipality of Holguín in breach of the productive potential established for this genotype.
