Proyección del sistema Gestión de Inventario en la de UEB Aseguramiento de la Empresa Forestal Integral Mayarí

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como base la gran influencia que desde su surgimiento ha tenido concepción de la logística empresarial en el crecimiento de la competitividad de las organizaciones, su planificación, organización y control de toma integrada de decisiones en todas sus actividades.

La investigación realizada tuvo como objetivo la aplicación parcial de un procedimiento para la gestión de inventario en la UEB aseguramiento de la Empresa Forestal Integral Mayarí, en el cual a partir del diagnóstico realizado a los atributos fundamentales que caracterizan la gestión de aprovisionamiento se diseña un mecanismo para establecer los niveles de inventario-promedio y seguridad- que garanticen el menor costo de ruptura de stock. Se utilizaron métodos teóricos como el análisis y síntesis de la información, inductivo - deductivo, analítico - sintético, así como también métodos empíricos tales como listas de chequeo, entrevistas y revisión de documentos. Su aplicación sistémica permitió el desarrollo exitoso de las diferentes etapas de la investigación para el alcance de los resultados previstos. This work is based on the great influence that from its emergence has had the conception of the enterprises logistics in the growth of the competitiveness of the organizations, its planning, its organization and control of integrated taking of decisions in all their activities. The present Work of Diploma has as objective the partial application of a procedure for the inventory administration in the UEB insurance of the Integral Forest Company Mayarí, in which is designed to establish the inventory levels starting from the diagnosis carried out to the fundamental attributes that characterize the provisioning administration a mechanism - I average and security - that guarantee the smallest cost of stock rupture. Theoretical methods were used as the analysis and synthesis of the information, inductive - deductive, analytic - synthetic, as well as such empiric methods as clever of checkup, interviews and revision of documents. Their systemic application allowed the successful development of the different stages of the investigation for the reach of the foreseen results.
