Aplicación del bioestimulante FitoMas-E en diferentes momentos del ciclo del cultivo Beta vulgaris. Organopónico Lidia Doce, municipio Holguín

Abstract

La investigación se desarrolló en el Organopónico Lidia Doce, perteneciente a la Granja Urbana del municipio Holguín. La misma se efectuó durante los meses octubre a noviembre del 2018, se evaluó el efecto de diferentes momentos de aplicación del FitoMas-E, sobre el cultivo Beta vulgaris, (acelga). Se utilizaron semillas certificadas provenientes de la Empresa Provincial de Holguín, con un poder germinativo de 96%Se utilizó un diseño completamente aleatorizado con 3 tratamientos, un testigo y 3 réplicas, los indicadores fueron (Altura de las plantas, Número de hojas, Longitud de las hojas, Ancho de las hojas y Rendimiento total). El procesamiento estadístico se realizó a través de un análisis de varianza doble y en los casos donde existieron diferencias significativas entre las medias de los tratamientos, se utilizó como criterio discriminante la prueba de comparación múltiple de medias de Tukey para un nivel de significación del 5%. Los datos se procesaron mediante el paquete SYSTAT-12 Versión No. 6.0 sobre Windows. 12.02.00. 2007. En el tratamiento 3, fue donde se obtuvo los mejores resultados en todos los indicadores estudiados, reportándose mayores beneficios donde se aplicó el bioestimulante FitoMas-E, en diferentes momentos del ciclo de la planta, fraccionada a razón de 0,50 l. ha-1 distribuidas equitativamente en tres momentos (a los 7, 12 y 17 días después del trasplante). Todos los tratamientos donde se aplicó FitoMas. E se diferenciaron significativamente del control, por lo que se puede afirmar que su aplicación fue provechosa, los resultados económicos se vieron favorecidos, al igual que el medio ambiente.

The research was carried out in the Lido Doce Organopónico, belonging to the Urban Farm of the Holguín municipality. It was carried out during the months October to November of 2018, the effect of different moments of application of FitoMas-E, on the culture Beta vulgaris, (chard) was evaluated. We used certified seeds from the Provincial Company of Holguín, with a germinative power of 96%. We used a completely randomized design with 3 treatments, a control and 3 replicas, the indicators were (Height of the plants, Number of leaves, Length of the leaves, width of the leaves and total yield). The statistical processing was carried out through a double variance analysis and in the cases where there were significant differences between the means of the treatments, the multiple comparison test of Tukey means for a level of significance of 5% was used as a discriminant criterion. . The data was processed using the SYSTAT-12 Version No. 6.0 package on Windows. 12.02.00. 2007. In treatment 3, it was where the best results were obtained in all the indicators studied, reporting higher benefits where the biostimulant FitoMas-E was applied, at different times of the plant cycle, fractionated at a rate of 0.50 l. ha-1 equitably distributed in three moments (at 7, 12 and 17 days after the transplant). All the treatments where FitoMas.E was applied differed significantly from the control, so it can be affirmed that its application was profitable, the economic results were favored, as well as the environment.
