Evaluación del FitoMas-E en diferentes fases fenológicas de Ipomoea batata (L.) Lam (boniato) para incrementar los rendimientos en el huerto intensivo “Del partido”, municipio Holguín

Abstract

Las investigaciones se desarrollaron en el huerto intensivo “Del Partido”, el cual se encuentra ubicado en el municipio Holguín, colinda al norte con la calle 9, al sur con la Avenida XX Aniversario, al este con el Centro Mixto “Lucia Iñiguez Landín” y al oeste con el Partido provincial; el cultivo seleccionado fue Ipomoea batata (L.) Lam. (boniato), variedad INIVIT B 98 – 2, se sembró el 23 octubre de 2018 y se cosechó entre el 20 y el 22 del mes de febrero de 2019, con el objetivo de evaluar el producto bioestimulante FitoMas-E en diferentes fases fenológicas del cultivo para incrementar sus rendimientos, a una dosis de 2 L.ha -1 . El producto se aplicó con una mochila MATABIHC de forma foliar en horas de la tarde para evitar las perdidas por altas temperaturas y el viento. El diseño utilizado fue un Bloque al azar con tres tratamientos, tres réplicas y un testigo sin aplicación, las variables evaluadas fueron largo del esqueje, número de tubérculos, largo de los tubérculos, pesos de los tubérculos comerciales y no comerciales por plantas y rendimiento del cultivo; los datos obtenidos se procesaron con el paquete estadístico STATISTICA versión Windows 2008, la valoración económica se calculo a partir de la metodología FAO (1980), (citado por Alarcón et al. 2015), entre los mejores resultados se encontraron que los tratamientos superaron al testigo en todas las variables a evaluar, el producto fue más efectivo cuando se aplicó la fase de crecimiento y desarrollo superado significativamente a los tratamientos y el testigo, así como los tratamiento fueron económicamente más factibles que el testigo.

The research was developed in the intensive orchard "Del Partido", which is located in the Holguín municipality, bordered on the north by the 9th street, on the south by the XX Anniversary Avenue, on the east by the Mixed Center "Lucia Iñiguez Landín" and to the west with the Provincial PCC; the selected crop was Ipomoea batata (L.) Lam. (sweet potato), variety INIVIT B 98 - 2, was sown on October 23, 2018 and harvested between February 20 and 22 of February 2019, with the objective of evaluating the biostimulant product FitoMas-E in different phenological phases of the culture to increase their yields, at a dose of 2 L.ha-1. The product was applied with a MATABIHC backpack in a foliar way in the afternoon to avoid losses due to high temperatures and wind. The design used was a random block with three treatments, three replicas and one control without application, the evaluated variables were length of the cutting, number of tubers, length of the tubers, weights of the commercial and non-commercial tubers by plants and yield of the culture; the data obtained were processed with the statistical package STATISTICA version Windows 2008, the economic valuation was calculated from the methodology FAO (1980), (cited by Alarcón et al., 2015), among the best results were found that the treatments exceeded the control in all the variables to be evaluated, the product was more effective when the growth and development phase was applied, significantly surpassing the treatments and the control, as well as the treatments were economically more feasible than the control.
