La Gestión de los riesgos laborales en el proceso de desmontaje de la Empresa “René Ramos Latour”

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Diploma se realizó con el objetivo de aplicar el procedimiento de SST elaborado para el control de los riesgos en el Proceso de desmontaje, conservación y demolición en la Empresa “Comandante René Ramos Latour”, que propicie laborar en un ambiente seguro y disminuir la probabilidad de ocurrencia de accidentes y otros hechos relacionados con esta actividad, Este procedimiento permitió introducir como novedad la evaluación cuantitativa al desempeño de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo periódicamente y poner en práctica la metodología de cálculo diseñada por el Grupo de SST para medir el nivel de reducción de riesgos en el proceso de desmontaje, se realizó un diagnóstico al SGSST y se identificaron las no conformidades del sistema actual y se propuso Plan de Medidas para erradicarlas y lograr el estado deseado, para el desarrollo del trabajo se utilizaron métodos teóricos y empíricos, incluyendo técnicas y herramientas de la Ingeniería Industrial. El Procedimiento de Seguridad diseñado ha sido tomado como referencia para la elaboración de un software educativo en el Instituto Superior Metalúrgico de Moa y fue solicitado por el Ministerio de Energía y Minas, para crear el Procedimiento de SST del desmontaje en el mismo. The present Work of Diploma was carried out with the objective of applying the procedure of SST elaborated for the control of the risks in the disassembly Process, conservation and demolition in the Commandeer “René Ramos Latour" enterprise that propitiates to work in a sure atmosphere and to diminish the probability of occurrence of accidents and other facts related with this activity. This procedure allowed periodically to introduce as novelty the quantitative evaluation to the acting of the Security and Health in the Work and to put into practice the calculation methodology designed by the Group of SST to measure the level of reduction of dangers in the disassembly process, was carried out a diagnosis to the SGSST and the non conformities of the current system were identified and intended Plan of Measures to eradicate them and to achieve the wanted state, for the development of the work theoretical and empiric methods were used, including technical and tools of the Manufacturing Engineering. The designed Procedure of Security has been taken as reference for the elaboration of educational software in the Superior Metallurgist of Moa Institute and it was requested by the Energy and Mines Ministry, to create the Procedure of SST of the disassembly in the same one.
