Contribución a la conformación del sistema productivo local agrícola en el Consejo Popular Las Jíquimas del municipio Calixto García: la cadena productiva del pepino

Abstract

Ante la variedad de lentes teóricos para el estudio de aglomeraciones productivas,sistemas productivos locales y cadenas productivas con el objetivo fundamental de beneficiar a la sociedad y más específicamente el desarrollo de los territorios, corroborándose lo antes expuesto en los documentos aprobados en el VIII Congreso del Partido en el 2021 donde el eje principal de este proceso lo constituye la economía y el territorio, siendo necesario a través de Los Sistemas Productivos Locales (SPL), las Aglomeraciones Productivas (AP), y las Cadenas Productivas (CP), el impulso y la implementación del plan de soberanía alimentaria, así como incrementar la producción y comercialización de alimentos con énfasis en el sector agropecuario y la industria alimentaria, avanzando en el programa de autoabastecimiento municipal, es por ellos que la presente investigación tiene el propósito de diagnosticar el sistema productivo local agrícola del Consejo Popular Jíquimas del municipio Calixto García que posibilite conformar las cadenas productivas presentes en el mismo. Para la investigación fue utilizado el procedimiento propuesto por Aguilera Galcerán,D.A (2019) el cual consta de seis etapas desarrolladas en cinco pasos, cuya aplicación permitió mediante el uso de métodos teóricos y empíricos, la identificación de 47 cadenas productivas en el CP analizado, las que constituyen un pilar para la propuesta de futuros proyectos de desarrollo local, además, se diagnostica la cadena productiva del pepino y se realizan una serie de recomendaciones para la solución del problema planteado en la investigación.

Before the variety of glasses theoretical for the study of agglomerations productive, systems productive local and chains productive with the objective fundamental of benefit to the society and more specifically the development of the territories, corroborating the before exposed in the documents approved in the VIII congress of party in the 2021 where the axis main of this process the constitutes the economy and the territory, being necessary thru of the systems productive local (SPL), the agglomerations productive (AP), and the chains productive (cp), the impulse and the implementation of plan of sovereignty food, so as to increase the production and marketing of food with emphasis in the sector agricultural and the industry food, progressing in the program of autoabastecimiento municipal, is for they that the present research has the purpose of diagnose the system productive local agricultural of advice popular Jíquimas of municipality Calixto García that posibilite shape the chains productive present in the same. for the research was used the procedure proposed for Aguilera Galcerán, D.A (2019) the which consists of six stages, developed in five steps, whose application allowed through the use of methods theoretical and empíricos, the identification of 47 chains productive in the cp the is are a pillar for the elaboration of the profiles of the chains, the proposal of future projects of development local, besides, is made diagnosing of the chain productive of cucumber and is made a series of recommendations for the solution of problem planteados in the research.
