Perfeccionamiento de la organización del trabajo en la sub – estación Cueto 220 kv

Abstract

El presente trabajo se desarrolló en la subestación Cueto 220 Kv perteneciente a la UEB Holguín de la Empresa de Construcción y Mantenimiento para la Industria Eléctrica (ECIE). Se persiguió como principal objetivo determinar el nivel de organización del trabajo. Para dar cumplimiento a este objetivo se utilizaron técnicas tradicionales como la observación directa, encuestas, entrevistas, el muestreo por observaciones instantáneas, la fotografía individual y el cronometraje. Se detectaron las principales deficiencias que existen en los elementos que componen la Organización del Trabajo y se realizó un plan de medidas para corregir las mismas. Mediante esta investigación se logró proponer soluciones factibles desde el punto de vista económico y social ante las causas principales que daban lugar a los problemas existentes. De cumplirse lo recomendado en este proyecto se le dará cumplimiento a los objetivos trazados en la nueva conceptualización del modelo económico cubano y darle continuidad a la tarea ordenamiento iniciada en el 2021.

The present work developed at the substation Cueto 220 Kv belonging to the UEB Holguín of the Building Firm and Maintenance for The Electric industry ( ECIE ). It was chased like principal objective to determine the level of organization of work. They utilized traditional techniques like the direct observation, opinion polls, interviews, the sampling for instantaneous observations, the individual photo and the timekeeping in order to give fulfillment to this objective. They detected the principal deficiencies that exist in the elements that compose the Organization of Work and a plan of measures to correct the same accomplished itself. He managed to set himself feasible solutions from the economic approach and social elk by means of this investigation the leading causes that were causing the existent problems. Of coming true his recommended in this project will devote itself to fulfillment the objectives drawn in the new conceptualization of the economic model Cuban and giving continuity to the task organizing initiated in 2021.
