Caracterización multiactores en apoyo al desarrollo agropecuario del municipio Báguanos

Abstract

La investigación se desarrolló entre los meses de septiembre a noviembre de 2022. Se tuvo como escenario al municipio Báguanos de la provincia Holguín. Para la concreción del mismo, se entrevistaron multiactores que protagonizan el escenario agroproductivo del municipio. Sobre esta base, se pudo realizar la caracterización de los mismos. Además, se pudo profundizar en las relaciones de trabajo que se establecen entre los diferentes actores y su accionar conjunto en función del desarrollo agrario. Se consultaron varias fuentes de primarias y secundarias de información, las cuales fueron facilitadas por los mismos actores. Se caracterizaron indicadores de la producción agrícola, ganadera y forestal del municipio, así como, se profundizó en el papel de la labor conjunta desde la plataforma multiactores del municipio en los logros y avances alcanzados en materia de mejoras en las producciones. Se listaron los principales problemas que afectan la agricultura municipal y también aquellos existentes desde la plataforma multiactores. Se concluyó que la producción agrícola, ganadera y forestal es fundamental en el municipio Báguanos, la cual es desarrollada por diferentes formas de producción, pero limitada por diversos factores que son posibles de resolver. Se subraya, la existencia de múltiples actores a diferentes niveles que potencialmente pudieran incidir sobre el desarrollo agrario del municipio. De igual forma, se reconoce que la práctica de la colaboración multiactores en el municipio ha tenido grandes logros, no obstante, aún amerita muchísimo trabajo para lograr el éxito de la colaboración; por lo que la adopción de metodologías de trabajo podría contribuir a su perfeccionamiento en el contexto local.

The investigation was carried out between the months of September and November 2022. The Báguanos municipality of the Holguín province was used as a scenario. For the concretion of the same, were interviewed multi-stakeholders, who are protagonists of the agroproductive scenario of the municipality. On this basis, it was possible to characterize them. In addition, it was possible to deepen the working relationships established between the different actors and their joint actions based on agrarian development. Several sources of primary and secondary information were consulted, which were provided by the same actors. Indicators of agricultural, livestock and forestry production of the municipality were characterized, as well as the role of joint work from the multistakeholder platform of the municipality in the achievements and advances made in terms of improvements in productions was deepened. The main problems that affect municipal agriculture and also those existing from the multi-stakeholder platform were listed. It was concluded that agricultural, livestock and forestry production is fundamental in the Báguanos municipality, which is developed by different forms of production, but limited by various factors that can be resolved. The existence of multiple actors at different levels that could potentially influence the agrarian development of the municipality is underlined. In the same way, it is recognized that the practice of multi-stakeholder collaboration in the municipality has had great achievements, however, it still requires a lot of work to achieve the success of the collaboration; Therefore, the adoption of work methodologies could contribute to their improvement in the local context.
