Mejoras al proceso de operación y mantenimiento de los grupos electrógenos diésel MTU S4000 de la provincia de Holguín

Abstract

Luego de 15 años de explotación los GED Holguín, han consumido una parte importante de su recurso horario, presentan índice elevados de paradas imprevistas, lo cual afecta su eficiencia. Las acciones de mantenimiento correctivo superan a las del preventivo. Se necesita conocer los fundamentos técnicos que rigen su funcionamiento, así como la estrategia de mantenimiento establecida por el fabricante, para posteriormente introducir mejoras al proceso y actualizar las cartas técnicas, en correspondencia con las condiciones de O&M existentes. El objetivo de la investigación es desarrollar mejoras al proceso de Operación y Mantenimiento (O&M) de los grupos electrógenos Diésel MTU S4000 de la Provincia de Holguín (GEDH) Se emplean diversos métodos para evaluar el desempeño, mediante indicadores de fiabilidad y mantenibilidad; principio de Pareto, así como del modo de falla y su efecto. Se definen los indicadores, son estratificados los sistemas y componentes críticos y se aplican las tareas técnicas preventivas más efectivas. La introducción de las mejoras tiene un impacto favorable en la disponibilidad técnica, la economía y el medio ambiente
