Diseño de un Sistema automatizado de Gestión Documental (SIGA) para la División Territorial de Comercialización de Combustibles Holguín

Abstract

La investigación que se presenta tiene como objetivo diseñar un Sistema automatizado de Gestión Documental para la División Territorial de Comercialización de Combustibles Holguín (SIGA), basado en los Manuales Legales que rige el Decreto-Ley No. 3/2020 del Sistema Nacional de Archivos de la República de Cuba, Normas y Procedimiento para la Organización del Sistema Institucional de Archivo de La División, perteneciente a la Unión Cuba-Petróleo. El sistema automatizado, diseñado como software de cuatro módulos fundamentales, permite la conservación de los documentos evita la manipulación excesiva, facilita y promueve el acceso a la documentación de los fondos documentales que custodia. Se abordan los fundamentos teóricos y metodológicos acorde a las temáticas en que se sustenta el objetivo de este estudio. Sus resultados garantizarán la calidad y eficiencia en el servicio establecido, permitiendo la búsqueda y recuperación de la información por años, por temas y por código de clasificación, lo cual agiliza la búsqueda de información a todos los trabajadores, que tengan acceso al archivo central, tanto interno como externo

The investigation that presents itself aims at designing a System automatized of Documentary Gestión for Comercialización's Territorial Division of Combustibles Holguín ( KEEP ON ), once the Decree-Law was based in the Legal Manuals in force 3/2020 of Archivos's National System of the Republic of Cuba, Normas and Procedimiento for the Organization of Archivo's Institutional System of Division, perteneciente to the Union Cuba Petróleo.
