Factores que afectan la calidad de la cáscara de huevos en gallinas ponedoras

Abstract

El trabajo se realizó en la Unidad Avícola "Irael Álvarez Leyva " perteneciente a la Empresa Avícola del municipio Calixto García, provincia Holguín; con el objetivo de evaluar los principales factores que afectan la calidad de la cáscara de huevos en gallinas ponedoras. Se compararon los indicadores productivos de los años 2020, 2021. Al evaluar los factores que influyen en la calidad de la cáscara de los huevos se tuvo en cuenta los niveles de producción, cantidad de huevos cascados y en fárfara. Se concluye que las deficiencias en el manejo, alimentación, fallas tecnológicas, y sanitarias propicias que se afecte la calidad del huevo en gallinas ponedoras lo que provoca grandes pérdidas económicas, se propuso la aplicación de un plan de medidas que permite revertir el problema a corto, mediano y largo plazo.

The work was carried out in the Poultry Unit "Irael Alverez Leyva" belonging to the municipality Calixto Garcia, county Holguín. The objective of evaluating the main factors that affect the quality of the eggshell in laying hens. The investigation was carried out comparing the productive indicators of the years 2020, 2021 and the first quarter of the year 2021. When evaluating the factors that influence in the quality of the shell of the eggs one kept in mind the production levels, quantity of cracked eggs and in fanfare. You conclude that the deficiencies in the handling, feeding, favourable technological, and sanitary flaws that the quality of the eggs is affected in country hens bring I get big economic losses to the country and the application of the proposed plan of measures allows to revert the problem to short, medium and I release term.
