Rendimiento del sistema CONSOLID en la construcción del vial de acceso al Ramón de Antilla

Abstract

Las carreteras constituyen un eslabón principal en el avance económico y social de un país, aumentando su importancia a medida que las ciudades crecen en tamaño y se hacen más complejas. En la actualidad, en la provincia de Holguín se ejecuta una de las mayores inversiones turísticas, emplazada en la península del Ramón de Antilla, por la empresa Inmobiliaria ALMEST. Sin embargo, en el km 14-15 se han venido presentando deterioros como grietas longitudinales. Por tanto, se precisa del estudio de nuevas alternativas como es el sistema CONSOLID que permita minimizar las técnicas tradicionales que demandan elevados costos y gastos de materiales. Por lo que en el presente trabajo se propone determinar el rendimiento del sistema CONSOLID en la construcción del vial de acceso al Ramón de Antilla en el km 14-15 lo que constituye un aporte importante desde el punto de vista teórico y práctico. Para ello se diagnostica la situación del vial de acceso al Ramón de Antilla en el km 14-15; se muestran las concepciones metodológicas para el cálculo del rendimiento que influyen en la aplicación del sistema CONSOLID a través de las variables mano de obra, materiales y equipo y se valida la propuesta a partir del presupuesto donde inciden los gastos de materiales y el costo de inversión. La solución del problema de la investigación y el cumplimiento de los objetivos fue posible con la implementación de un sistema de métodos de la investigación de naturaleza teórica, empírica y estadísticos-matemáticos. Roads are a major link in the economic and social advancement of a country, increasing in importance as cities grow in size and become more complex. Currently, in Holguín province, one of the largest tourism investments is carried out, located in the Ramón de Antilla, by the ALMEST Company. However, at km 14-15 there have been deteriorations such as longitudinal cracks. Therefore, it is necessary to study new alternatives such as the CONSOLID System that allows minimize the traditional techniques that demand high costs and material expenses. Therefore, this research suggest to determine the performance of the CONSOLID system in the construction of the access road to Ramón de Antilla at km 14-15, which constitutes an important contribution from a theoretical and practical point of view. For this, the methodological conceptions for the calculation of the performance of the variables that influence the application of the CONSOLID system are shown. The situation of the access road to Ramón de Antilla at km 14-15 is diagnosed. The calculation of the performance of the CONSOLID system is carried out through the variables of labor, materials and equipment and the proposal is validated based on the budget where the material expenses and the investment cost affect. The solution of the research problem and the fulfillment of the objectives were possible with the implementation of a system of research methods of a theoretical, empirical and statistical- mathematical nature.
