Guía didáctica para la práctica laboral de la asignatura Proyecto de Carreteras de la carrera Ingeniería Civil en la Universidad de Holguín

Abstract

El Plan de Estudio E que se aplica en la carrera Ingeniería Civil le otorga un papel importante a la Disciplina Principal Integradora y plantea que la consolidación de la formación investigativo-laboral de los estudiantes del Curso Diurno debe lograrse básicamente por medio de las prácticas laborales. Sin embargo, en el diseño curricular de esta carrera en la Universidad de Holguín, las prácticas laborales se establecieron como asignaturas en el primer, segundo y cuarto año, para el tercer año se tienen concebidas como componente laboral dentro de las asignaturas del año como el Proyecto de Carreteras, con el que se cuenta con el programa de la asignatura y no una guía de estudio siendo este el objetivo general de la investigación, para favorecer el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje profesional de la asignatura, a partir de la introducción y desarrollo de las prácticas laborales en conjunto con dicho proyecto y así potenciar cada uno de los temas que conforman la asignatura. Para su desarrollo se aplicaron métodos de investigación del nivel teórico y empírico que permitieron constatar las insuficiencias existentes en cuánto a las prácticas en el tercer año de la carrera y valorar la factibilidad de los aportes de la investigación

The Study Plan E that is applied in the Civil Engineering career gives an important role to the Main Integrative Discipline and states that the consolidation of the investigative-labor training of the students of the Day Course must be achieved basically through work practices. However, in the curricular design of this career at the University of Holguín, labor practices were established as subjects in the first, second and fourth year, for the third year they are conceived as a labor component within the subjects of the year such as Highways Project, with which the program of the subject is available and not a study guide, this being the general objective of the research, to favor the professional teaching- learning process of the subject, from the introduction and development of labor practices in conjunction with said project and thus enhance each of the topics that make up the subject. For its development, theoretical and empirical research methods were applied that allowed verifying the existing insufficiencies in terms of practices in the third year of the career and assessing the feasibility of the research contributions
