Procedimiento para el control de los procesos de la organización de obras

Abstract

El control de obras en la construcción es un seguimiento en los proceso de proyecto y obra hasta la entrega final, permite cumplir con la calidad, plazo y precio, además de supervisar los permisos y licencias para legalizar dichos procesos de obras. Los procesos en la organización de obra constituyen una estructura jerarquizada, sujeta a una serie de reglas y normas de comportamiento que permiten a la empresa constructora alcanzar con eficiencia y eficacia los objetivos propuestos. La presencia de limitaciones en la organización de obra permite esclarecer su magnitud y pertinencia; y denota la necesidad de aplicar correctamente el control de los procesos para el cumplimiento de sus objetivos. La investigación tiene como objetivo general desarrollar un procedimiento para el control de los procesos de la organización de obras y consta de tres etapas y 1 1 pasos donde se utilizan herramientas del control de los procesos tales como flujogramas de proceso, fichas de proceso, diagrama de proceso, los sistema de indicadores, gráfico de indicadores, métodos de valor ganado, que permiten la identificación de los problemas que influyen en el control de los procesos en la obra para contribuir al cumplimiento de sus objetivos. Para su desarrollo se aplicaron métodos de investigación del nivel teórico y empírico, que permitieron constatar las insuficiencias y generar los aportes referidos en la investigación.

The control of construction works is a follow-up in the project and work process until the final delivery, it allows to comply with the quality, term and price, in addition to supervising the permits and licenses to legalize said works processes. The processes in the work organization constitute a hierarchical structure, subject to a series of rules and standards of behavior that allow a construction company to efficiently and effectively achieve the proposed objectives. The presence of limitations in the organization of the work makes it possible to clarify its magnitude and relevance; and it denotes the need to correctly apply the control of the processes for the fulfillment of its objectives. The general objective of the research is to develop a procedure for the control in the processes for the organization of works and for its development, research methods of the theoretical and empirical level were applied, which allowed to verify the insufficiencies in the construction process and to assess the feasibility of the research contributions. A procedure is provided consisting of three stages and 12 steps where process control tools are used such as process flowcharts, process files, process diagram, indicator systems, indicator graph, earned value methods, which allow the identification of the problems that influence the control of the processes in the work to contribute to the fulfillment of its objectives. For its development, research methods of the theoretical and empirical level were applied, which allowed to verify the insufficiencies and generate the contributions referred to in the research
