Diagnóstico de los productos de importación agrícolas, pecuarios, de la pesca y sus transformados en el Hotel Brisas Guardalavaca (2007-2008)

Abstract

El diagnóstico de esta investigación se llevó a cabo en el Hotel Brisas Guardalavaca perteneciente al grupo Cubanacán de la provincia de Holguín, con el objetivo de continuar un estudio detallado y preciso que muestre información acerca de la situación real de los productos de importación agrícolas, pecuarios, de la pesca y sus transformados que permita hacer comparaciones respecto a su comportamiento en el año anterior en el Hotel. Se estructura a través de un primer capítulo donde se recoge generalidades da la actividad de gestión de compras y un análisis históricoteórico de la sustitución de importaciones en el ámbito nacional y extranjero, un segundo capítulo donde se plantea la metodología que servirá en el trabajo de campo, un tercer capítulo donde se muestran las respuestas de cada paso de la guía diseñada, además de las conclusiones y recomendaciones. Los principales resultados alcanzados en el estudio son: la variación en el comportamiento de los productos importados que representan el mayor importe en el año 2008 respecto a las importaciones en el 2007 y la identificación de los proveedores; los cambios de actitud de los directivos y compradores con respecto a la sustitución de importaciones así como la identificación de la satisfacción al cliente con respecto a los servicios que involucran los productos de importación. Al finalizar esta tesis se logran con satisfacción los objetivos propuestos, obteniendo así un documento que sirve de base para las posteriores investigaciones referentes al tema.

The diagnosis of this research was carried out in the Hotel Brisas Guardalavaca belonging to the group Cubanacán of the county of Holguín, with the objective of continuing a detailed study and I specify that shows information about the real situation of the agricultural, cattle, of the fishing and its transformed import products that allow to make comparisons regarding its behaviour in the previous year in the Hotel. It is structured through a first chapter where it is picked up generalities of the activity of management of purchases and a historical-theoretical analysis of the substitution of imports in the national and foreign environment, a second chapter where thinks about the methodology that will serve in the fieldwork, a third chapter where the answers of each step of the designed guide are shown, besides the conclusions and recommendations. The main results reached in the study are: the variation in the behavior of the cared products that they represent the biggest amount in the year 2008 regarding the imports in the 2007 and the identification of the suppliers; the changes of the directive attitude and buyers with regard to the substitution of imports as well as the identification of the satisfaction to the client with regard to the services that involve the import products. When concluding this thesis they are achieved with satisfaction the proposed objectives, obtaining this way a document that serves as base for the relating later investigations to the topic.
