Eliminación del consumo de agua en el proceso de fabricación de azúcar crudo del Central “Cristino Naranjo Vázquez

Abstract

Debido a la necesidad de agua en el central azucarero “Cristino Naranjo Vázquez”, a la carencia de fuentes seguras de abasto y a su influencia negativa en lo energético, medioambiental y calidad del azúcar crudo; se propone la adecuación de condensado mediante el uso de la reserva de cuádruple efecto, previa modificación tecnológica y concirculación de condensado por la parte de jugo. Esta práctica, junto a las medidas tradicionales de ahorro de agua para la industria azucarera permitirá, la eliminación del consumo de h kg / 69 , 446 55 de agua subterránea, no generar igual flujo de contaminantes líquidos al medio ambiente, garantizar h kg / 00 , 801 21 de condensado de alta calidad para prescindir del agua tratada en la generación de vapor, e incrementar la generación de electricidad en MWh 46 , 430 1 durante cada zafra. Todo lo anterior será posible con una inversión inicial de 05 , 324 18 $ y un consumo de bagazo de h kg/ 64 , 459 3 , resultando económicamente factible su aplicación

Due to the necessity of water in the sugar factory “Cristino Naranjo Vázquez", to the lack of sure sources of supply and their negative influence in the energy, nvironmental and quality of the raw sugar; it intends the adaptation of having condensed by means of the use of the reservation of quadruple effect, previous technological modification and with circulation of having condensed by the part of juice. This practice next to the traditional measures of saving of water for the sugar industry will allow, the elimination of the consumption of h kg / 69 , 446 55 of underground water, not to generate same flow of liquid pollutants to the environment, to guarantee h kg / 00 , 801 21 of having condensed of high quality to do without of the water tried in the generation of vapor, and to increase the electricity generation in MWh 46 , 430 1 during each harvest. All the above mentioned will be possible with an initial investment of 05 , 324 18 $ and a trash consumption of h kg/ 64 , 459 3 , being economically feasible its application.
