Contribución a la disminución del consumo de diésel en la Planta de Hormigón Asfáltico Caliente de Rafael Freyre

Abstract

El informe trata sobre una propuesta de medidas para disminuir el consumo de combustible Diesel en la producción de Hormigón Asfáltico Caliente (HAC) en la planta ubicada en el municipio Rafael Freyre. Primeramente se muestran los resultados de una profunda revisión bibliográfica del tema donde queda demostrado la necesidad de disminuir el consumo de combustible y las posibles medidas a tomar para elevar la eficiencia energética. Seguidamente se utilizan herramientas del Sistema de Gestión Total Eficiente de la Energía (SGTEE) para demostrar las desviaciones en los índices de consumo y encontrar las posibilidades de ahorro en los puestos claves. Luego se hace el estudio de las pérdidas energéticas en el proceso de transportación y almacenamiento del asfalto caliente. Y por último se hacen propuestas técnicas y organizativas que favorecen la disminución del consumo de combustible en la planta objetode estudio.

This informs is about a proposal of measures to reduce the consumption of diesel fuel in the production of Hot Asphalt Concrete (HAC) in the plant located in Rafael Freyre. On the one hand, results of a deep revision of the literature related to this topic are shown, where it was proved the necessity of decreasing fuel consumption and the possible measures to increase the energy efficiency. On the second hand, tools of the Total Management System Efficient of Energy (SGTEE) are used in order to demonstrate the deviations in the consumptions rates and to find saving possibilities in key positions. On the other hand, a study of energy leaks in the processes of transportation and storage of the hot asphalt was developed. Finally, technical and organizational proposals are made, which favors the reduction of fuel consumption in the plant object of study.
