Diseño de un procedimiento para la implementación de un sistema integrado de gestión para el hotel Club Amigo Atlántico- Guardalavaca

Abstract

El presente trabajo de diploma tiene como objetivo diseñar un procedimiento para la implementación de un sistema integrado de gestión para el hotel Club Amigo “Atlántico - Guardalavaca” En una primera parte sustenta el marco teórico referencial de esta investigación, donde se abordó la evolución de la gestión empresarial, se analizó además, las principales normas y (o) regulaciones que rigen las entidades hoteleras cubanas, profundizando en el SIG así como sus diferentes tendencias actuales a nivel mundial y en Cuba; y la importancia de las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones (TIC´s) como herramientas integradoras en el proceso. En la segunda parte se integró en un cuerpo único y coherente, los requisitos generales de las diversas normas y (o) regulaciones exigidas al Club Amigo, para maximizar la actuación directiva y contribuir a la eficacia de sus procesos. El trabajo de innovación radicó en determinar las interacciones entre las herramientas de gestión y proponer instrumentos comunes de gestión. Para ello se utilizó como herramienta base el Procedimiento PAS99:2006 “Especificación de requisitos comunes del sistema de gestión como marco para la integración”, del Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones de la Normalización (ININ), declarándose como requisitos los siguientes: Requisitos generales, Política, Planificación, Aplicación y operaciones, Evaluación del desempeño, Mejora continua y Revisión por la Dirección. Luego de diseñado el procedimiento, se determinaron acciones de integración para elaborar 11 nuevos documentos, con su inclusión en el Control de Documentos, además de 26 por modificar, estableciéndose un plan de acción para la posterior implementación.

The present work of diploma aims at designing a procedure for the implementation of system integrated of management for the hotel Club Amigo “Atlántico – Guardalavaca”. In a first part support the investigation's theoretic referential frame, where the evolution of the enterprising management was boarded, analyzed it besides, the principal standards and (or ) regulations that rules the Cubans entities hotelkeepers, as well as the different present-day tendencies on the worldwide integration and in Cuba, digging into the system integrated of management and in the importance of the paper that play the information and the communications technologies (TIC´s) like integrative tools in the process.In second part of investigation it’s integrated in an only and coherent body, the general requirements of diverse standards and (or) regulations demanded to the Club Amigo, for the sake of achieving a directive coherent performance, contributing maximize the efficacy of his processes. The work of invention consisted in determining the interactions among each of the tools of management demanded to the hotel and in proposing common instruments of management. For it Procedure PAS99:2006 “Specification of common requirements of system of management like frame for the integration”, of the Investigation's National Institute of Normalization (ININ) was used like tool base and the following where declared like requirements of the same one: General requirements, Politics, Planification, Application and operations,Performance evaluation, Nonstop improvement and Revision for the Direction. Afterwards the procedure was designed, were been determined actions of integration for the sake of making 11 new documents with the inclusion of the same ones in Document's Control, besides of 26 to modify, becoming established a Action’s Plan for the implementation of the same ones.
