Propuesta de un Programa de Animación Sociocultural en la Villa el Bosque

Abstract

La animación turística es uno de los departamentos claves de las instalaciones hoteleras que tributan a elevar el índice de satisfacción del cliente. Unos de los principales problemas que afectan los programas de animación en la actualidad, es la carencia de actividades donde esté presente la utilización de manifestaciones artístico-culturales derivadas de la Animación Sociocultural. La Villa el Bosque, evidencia limitación de un programa de esta naturaleza que agrupe y diversifique una propuesta de actividades. El presente trabajo de Diploma tiene como objetivo, proponer un programa de actividades de Animación Sociocultural, donde se integran los atributos artísticos y culturales de nuestra provincia, en función del desarrollo y mejora de sus ofertas turísticas. En la misma se utilizaron diversos métodos teóricos y empírico dirigido al hotel objeto de estudio.

The tourist animation is one of the key departments of the hotel facilities that pay to elevate the index of the client's satisfaction. Some of the main problems that affect the programs of animation at the present time are the lack of activities where it is present the use of derived artistic-cultural manifestations of the Sociocultural Animation. The Villa el Bosque, evidences limitation of a program of this nature that contains and diversify a proposal of activities. The present work of Diploma has as objective, to propose a program of activities of Sociocultural Animation, where they are integrated the artistic and cultural attributes of our county, in function of the development and improvement of its tourist offers. In the same one theoretical and empiric diver se methods were used directed to the hotel study object.
