La recreación en las instalaciones Restaurante 1720, La Bolera y el Cabaret Nocturno pertenecientes al Grupo Empresarial Extrahotelero PALMARES SA Sucursal Holguín

Abstract

Las actividades culturales, recreativas y de entretenimiento demandan un gran esfuerzo en su gestión por parte del sector extrahotelero en Holguín,para lograr ofertas recreativas capaces de brindar la oportunidad de alcanzar una influencia positiva sobre los procesos de desarrollo humano y la calidad de vida del individuo. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo diagnósticar la recreación de las instalaciones Restaurante 1720,la Bolera y el Cabaret Nocturno, pertenecientes al Grupo Empresarial Extrahotelero PALMARES Sucursal Holguín, y así determinar los problemas que están afectando eldesarrollo de la misma. A través de la aplicación de varios métodos teóricos, empíricos y matemáticos de investigación, se lograron detectar deficiencias que influyen en el buen funcionamiento de la recreación de cada instalación. El contenido de la Tesis de Diploma expone en la fundamentación teórica de la investigación, consideraciones generales sobre recreación y elementos de ésta en instalaciones extrahoteleras. Se analizan los resultados del diagnóstico, se construye la matriz DAFO y se proponen una serie de acciones que contribuirán al mejoramiento de la recreación y a la obtención de los resultados deseados.

The cultural, recreational activities and of entertainment demands a great effort in their administration on the part of the off-site hotel service in Holguín, to achieve recreational offers able to offer the opportunity to reach a positive influence on the processes of human development and the quality ofthe individual's life. The present investigation has as objective todiagnose the recreation of the facilities Restaurant 1720, the Bowling alley and the Night Cabaret, belonging to the Managerial Off-site hotel Group PALMARES Branch Holguín, and this way to determine the problems that are affecting the developmentof the same one. Through the application of several theoretical, empiric and mathematical methods of investigation, it were possible to detect deficiencies that influence in the good operation ofthe recreation of each installation. The content of the Thesis of Diploma exposes in the theoreticalfoundation of the investigation, general considerations on recreation and elements of this in off-site hotel facilities. The results of the diagnosis are analyzed,the main DAFO is elaborated and it intend several actions that it will contribute to the improvement of the recreation and the obtaining of the wanted results
