La Contratación entre los Tour Operadores y el Complejo Turístico Brisas Guardalavaca para el período invierno 2008- verano 2009.

Abstract

La necesidad de las instalaciones hoteleras turísticas del destino Holguín y en especial el Complejo Turístico Brisas Guardalavaca de diseñar estrategias que garanticen una mayor comercialización de los servicios que prestan y por ende mejorar sus indicadores económicos, exige que los gestores turísticos perfeccionen paulatinamente los contratos que negocian con los tour operadores extranjeros. Para el departamento de reservaciones y ventas de la entidad turística resulta imprescindible realizar un estudio minucioso de los elementos contenidos en los contratos negociados con los tour operadores para el periodo invierno 2008- verano 2009 en virtud de identificar aquellos convenios que representen un mayor beneficio. En el presente Trabajo Diploma se realiza un estudio de las variables establecidas en los contratos con el cual se pretende dar solución a la necesidad del departamento de reservaciones y ventas, asegurando obtener resultados satisfactorios. Se muestra su utilidad en la aplicación a 45 convenios registrados pertenecientes a tour operadores de 7 mercados emisores. El principal resultado radica en haber obtenido una lista final a partir del análisis de las variables que permite distinguir los convenios que representan un mayor beneficio para la entidad turística y con ello poder orientar las estrategias de comercialización para futuros periodos de contratación.

The necessity of the hotel tourist facilities of the destination Holguín and especially the Tourist Complex Breezes Guardalavaca of designing strategies that guarantee a bigger commercialization of the services that they offer and for that reason to improve their economic indicators, it demands the tourist agents to perfect gradually the contracts that negotiate with the foreign tour operators. For the department of reservations and sales of the tourist entity it is indispensable to carry out a meticulous study of the contained elements in the contracts negotiated with the tour operators for the period winter 2008 - summer 2009 by virtue of defining those agreements that represent a bigger benefit. In the present dissertation is brought about a study of the variables settled down in the contracts with which is sought to give solution to the necessity of the department of reservations and sales, assuring to obtain satisfactory results. Their utility is shown in the application to 45 registered agreements belonging to tour operators of 7 tourist generating markets. The main result resides in having obtained a final list starting from the analysis of the variables that allows selecting the agreements that represent a bigger benefit for the tourist entity and with it to be able to guide the commercialization strategies for future periods of contratation.
