Propuesta de un sistema de actividades para potenciar la animación sociocultural en el Hotel “Brisas Guardalavaca”.

Abstract

La animación turística es uno de los departamentos claves de las instalaciones hoteleras que tributan a elevar el índice de satisfacción de los clientes. Uno de los principales problemas que afectan el diseño de los programas de animación actuales es la inexistencia en el mismo de manifestaciones artístico-culturales derivadas de la animación sociocultural. En el Hotel Brisas Guardalavaca, ubicado en el polo turístico de Guardalavaca, a 54 Km. de la ciudad de Holguín se evidencia la carencia de un programa de animación que agrupe y diversifique una propuesta de actividades que integren las diferentes expresiones de la cultura holguinera. La presente investigación pretende diseñar un sistema de actividades derivadas de la animación sociocultural con la finalidad de mejorar el programa de animación actual de la entidad turística que responda a las exigencias de los clientes y, de este modo, permita elevar el índice de satisfacción mediante la implementación del mismo. Para la realización de la misma se utilizaron métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos que posibilitaron identificar las deficiencias y trazar las acciones pertinentes en virtud de alcanzar los resultados esperados.

The tourist entertainment is one of the key department of the hotel’s facilities that tribute to lift the clients's index of satisfaction. One of principal problems than affect the present-day design of the programs of entertainment is the non-existence in the same one of artistic-cultural manifestations derived of the sociocultural entertainment. In the Hotel Brisas Guardalavaca, located in the Guardalavaca's tourist pole of Holguín's city, 54 Km from the downtown area, becomes evident the lack of program of entertainment that joins and diversify a proposal of activities that integrate the different expressions of Holguin´s culture. The present investigation intends to design a system of activities derived of sociocultural entertainment with the purpose to improve the tourist entity's program of present-day entertainment that it responds to the clients's requirements and, in this way, permit lifting the index of the client’s satisfaction with the implementation of the same one. For the realization of the dissertation were utilized theoretical, empirical and statistical methods that made possible identifying the deficiencies and to draw the pertinent actions by virtue of reaching the expected results.
